What to Expect

Discovery Call

Before committing, we invite you to a 15-minute Discovery Call with Susan Julian, NP, to ensure we’re the right fit for you. This is your chance to learn about functional medicine, ask questions, and decide if Julian Healthcare aligns with your health goals. All proceeds from our Discovery Calls are donated to the Henry County Pregnancy Care Center.

Your First Appointment

We’ll ask a lot of questions. It’s important for us to obtain a detailed history so we can investigate the root causes of any symptoms you’re experiencing. You’ll receive a thorough physical exam. We will then talk about any testing needed to identify potential health challenges.

Group Visits & Ongoing Support

As part of your Wellness Plan, you’ll have access to weekly educational group visits where you can ask questions, learn from experts, and build a supportive community with others on a similar journey. In addition to group visits, you’ll receive ongoing 1-on-1 support through health coaching and appointments with Susan to go over lab results and adjust protocols as needed—ensuring personalized care tailored to your unique health journey.

Group Visits are virtual meetings where you can learn about key health topics in a supportive, community environment. These visits are exclusive to Wellness Plan members and offer great opportunities to interact with our healthcare professionals and fellow members.

No, each plan tier includes a set amount of 1:1 appointments with Susan and a health coach, either in person or virtually. Additional appointments can be scheduled at a discounted rate.

Yes, Susan will continue to see patients in the clinic two days per week.

The resource library includes live webinar recordings, nutrition guides, health protocols, and other digital products. It’s continuously growing to offer even more valuable tools for your health journey.

Upon signing up for a plan, you’ll gain access to our affiliate program list. Currently, we partner with Hoolest and Therasage, with more potential partners being added in the future. Susan is actively working to expand this list.

Yes! A spouse can join at a 50% discount off the highest tier chosen. Children of members (up to age 26) can access the plan on a Pay-Per-Visit basis.

Yes! One of the major benefits of our Wellness Plans is the ongoing support available between your office visits. You can message us anytime through the patient portal, and you’ll have regular access to weekly Group Visits for continued guidance.

Absolutely! You can always change your plan to ensure you’re receiving the level of support you need. Just reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in making the switch.
